At Sattvom, we strive to deliver premium quality atta blends with utmost care. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is physically damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference or change of mind.


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund:

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the product and packaging

    • Description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.


3. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead of a refund.


4. Exchanges

We may offer a replacement for eligible return cases at our discretion.
